Il Calendario Buddhista aspetta il 2556, il Calendario Cinese il 4708, il Calendario Copto il 1728 e il Calendario Ebraico il 5771.
In compenso il Calendario Etiopico festeggerà il 2004, il Calendario Induista il 2067 (Vikram Samvat), il 1934 (Shaka Samvat) e il 5113 (Kali Yuga).
Infine il Calendario Islamico attende il 1433 e il Calendario Persiano il 1390.
Per noi che seguiamo il Calendario Gregoriano arriva sì il 2012, ma se lo calcoliamo dall’ Ab Urbe condita sarà il 2765.
